Pushing my camera precariously through the iron grill on the door, I was able to take this excellent photograph. Notice Seshethotep's name near the staff lovingly held by his young son. So much information available, notice the registers naming Khufu's estates, the names and professions of various officials.
The Mastaba of Senenu featuring a wonderful false door, its unlikely this tomb is visted that often mainly due to its position in the central part of the west mastaba field. Its beyond doubt this is V to VI dynasty.
A close up of the lower lintel and drum. The lintel states, Kings Acquaintance honoured before god, the drum, Ankhemthenent Tomb D201, P&M III, Part I, Page 115
Almost covered by wind blown sand, the false door of Shepseskafankh. Again not easily accessable, notice i have pawed away the sand to view and photograph the inscription. Returning the sand to its original place once ihad taken the photograph.
